Location Foraged: SE 130th, between Bush + Holgate, Portland, OR

Notes from Cydni: Lichen has a really long history of being used as a dye from Native Americans to Vikings. From my research it's dye will only adhere to proteins, such as wool. Other more complex methods of pigment extraction maybe be able to be used to dye cotton or linens.
